Governor Says Taking Down Confederate Monuments Won't Help

As local communities in Mississippi continue to discuss relocating Confederate monuments, Gov. Reeves is addressing the issue for the first time. He says the state has a "complicated past". And the governor says taking down the monuments won't change anything. He also refused to say how he would vote if there's a referendum on the state flag. Reeves says he doesn't know what his position would be until he sees what the specific proposal on the ballot would be.
