Patriots vs. Jaguars **LONDON** (SPREAD: JAX -6) [Sunday 9:30am on NFL Network]

“Favorites win in London. Jaguars for the second straight week are staying in London. Trevor Lawrence's last three games he's been good -- 101 passer rating, 68% completion percentage. The Patriots are a mess and are projected to start their seventh different offensive line. Rhamondre Stevenson may not play, their star back. They're 31st ranking in scoring, worst ranked offensive line in the league, turnovers are coming a-plenty... This team is falling apart. Jacksonville's coaching staff is desperate for a win. Jacksonville has a massive advantage at quarterback. Favorites do very well overseas, especially favorites who have played their before. Jags win AND cover, 27-20."

Colin's prediction: Jaguars 27, Patriots 20

Colin's pick: Jacksonville -6

Lions at Vikings (SPREAD: MIN -1.5) [Sunday, 1:00 pm ET on FOX]

“Vikings: offensive coach, off a bye, and rested -- I like Minnesota, lay the 1.5. The Vikings are 3-0 at home, and are the only team to cover every game. But the Vikings defense has been equally impressive. They've held opponents under 20 points in four of five games. They're the only team to not allow a touchdown outside of the red zone. This is Brian Flores; you get nothing cheap. It's very New England Patriots in their prime -- nothing cheap. Yes, the Lions are on a three-game winning streak, but they've faced three of the worst or most banged up defenses in Seattle, Cowboys, and the Cardinals. Take a deep breath. Aidan Hutchinson is not playing, and Carlton Davis their corner hasn't practiced in a week, so the pass rush is significantly less, a top corner is out, and Minnesota is off a bye. This season the Vikings are first in a lot of categories, and I don't consider it an upset. Vikings win and seize control of the division, 28-24."

Colin's prediction: Vikings 28, Lions 24.

Colin's pick: Minnesota -1.5

Seahawks at Falcons (SPREAD: ATL -3) [Sunday, 1:00 pm ET on FOX]

“The Seahawks defense is now officially healthy. Byron Murphy, the great defensive tackle from Texas, will play. Boye Mafe will play. Their three-game losing streak has come against teams like the Lions and the Niners. They're a good team potentially. Remember, their offense has the highest pass rate in the league. Can they throw against Atlanta? Of course, they can, because Atlanta has no pass rush. The Falcons are on-pace to have the second-lowest sack rate in league history. Seattle's defensive front -- Mike Macdonald has all the bigs up front defensively. Geno Smith will have time to throw, and I'm getting three points. I like Atlanta, I do, but if you look, a couple of wins have been over the Saints -- they're DEAD, and the Panthers, WORSE. I think the value is on a healthier Seattle team on the road here. Seahawks upset the Falcons, 27-24."

Colin's prediction: Seahawks 27, Falcons 24

Colin's pick: Seattle +3

Raiders at Rams (SPREAD: LAR -5 [Sunday, 4:05 pm ET on CBS]

“I locked in this line Monday, this was my best pick. It was Rams -5, and I said Monday that I'm taking this to 'Blazin' 5'. I don't care what the number is now, it is five. The Rams are getting Cooper Kupp, Rob Havenstein, the right tackle, Jordan Whittington, the wide receiver. They're getting healthier, and Stafford has been very good at home. In four of five home games this year he has a 100+ passer rating. Kyren Williams has eight straight games with a rushing touchdown. I like the Rams when they get healthy offensively. The Raiders have lost three of four games, and the only win in that stretch is the Browns. Aidan O'Connell -- no scrambles in 440 drop-backs. He's a totally immobile quarterback with a 62% completion percentage. The Raiders can't defend the run and they are all banged up across the board, and now Davante Adams is gone. Rams win and pull away in the second half, 24-14. I'm taking the five -- I announced it and I declared it Monday.

Colin's prediction: Rams 24, Raiders 14

Colin's pick: Los Angeles -5

Jets at Steelers (SPREAD: NYJ -1.5) [Sunday, 8:20 pm ET on NBC]

“This was another game I liked early in the week, we waited on the line. I'm going to take the Jets -1.5. First of all, they should have beaten Buffalo. They're the best 2-4 team in the league. They had a season high in motion in their offense when they replaced Nat Hackett, so they looked like a modern and progressive offense. First game now with Davante Adams; he'll probably have some red zone opportunities. Their defense is great, their pass defense is sensational -- they have the best corner combo in the league against a team that struggles offensively. Pittsburgh has lost two of three games and their only win was against Aidan O'Connell, the Purdue kid who doesn't move, pocket guy, and a sitting duck. The Steelers can't run the ball effectively, and their passing offense is the pits. I think it's an inspired Jets team getting Davante Adams, which increases and improves Aaron Rodgers' mood. I think they should have beaten Buffalo. If not for Taylor Rapp and Taron Johnson making the interception of the year, they beat Buffalo. If they had a field goal kicker who can make kicks they beat a very good Buffalo team. You're getting a major value here with an offense in Pittsburgh that doesn't know what they're doing. Jets win, 27-20, lay the points.

Colin's prediction: Jets 27, Steelers 20

Colin's pick: New York -1.5
